I have my second week down. I still have more energy, but have not lost any weight this week. I actually gained 3 lbs. I believe it is due to the fact that this supplement makes you constipated. Stool softeners in tow, I hope for better results in the coming week.

One Week Down
I promised a review after one week so here goes.
I have started out every morning with apple cider vinegar, green tea, and honey. I began with 1 tsp. of ACV and worked my way up to 3 tsp. I drink it in premade green tea. I don't have time to brew my own. The taste isn't too bad. About an hour before lunch and dinner I take one capsule of Garcinia Cambogia with raspberry ketones.
The first thing I noticed was a boost of energy. I did a lot more this week than usual. Normally I don't have much energy and feel ran down by the end of the day. This week I actually played tag in the yard with my kids. Its been 2 years since I have done that. Granted my knees hurt like hell after, but it was well worth it!
So along with the energy, I had less of an appetite all week. It was hard to get used to at first. I tried to eat my normal portions, but felt miserable after. Now, I am eating half or less of what I did before. I used to snack between meals and am doing less of that now too. They only dietary changes are eating healthier snacks instead of sugary ones.
I was afraid that the supplement would have a bad after taste, but it tastes like raspberries. Every burp (makes me burp a good bit) tastes like raspberries too! The only other side effect I have noticed is not having regular bowel movements. If you try it, you may want to get a stool softener as well.
Now, on to the most important question, does it work? After one week, I have gone from 276.5 lbs to 264.8 lbs. That's almost 12 lbs in a week!!!! I couldn't believe it. Looks like I will be going on to week two. Here is to hoping for good results for another week.

Diet Fad or The Real Deal?
I have read tons of articles online about celebrities losing weight super quickly on this fad diet or that. I can't help but think to myself "that should be me". I know there is no magic pill that is going to make me lose weight overnight, but I am about to give one a try.
I am completely aware that the best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. Who has time for that? I am a mother of two young boys, I work a full-time job outside the house, plus have sports and activities in the evenings. Every second of spare time goes to my children. Yes, I could get up at 2:30 a.m. and hit the gym. But who the hell wants to do that? Not this chick.
Okay, so I am getting a little off track. I recently heard about an apple cider vinegar drink and a supplement for garcinia cambogia, that when combined, melts away the fat. Now I am a huge skeptic of someone losing 30lbs in a month, but that is exactly what "they" claim.
So, here I am ready to take on these claims. I ordered a bottle of supplements on Amazon.com and they should arrive tomorrow. The brand I ordered is WeightPlex by Brandon Sciences. The only reason for chosing this particular brand is 1. It was creap 2. It contains garcinia cambogia, raspberry ketones, green coffee bean extract, and green tea extract. Tomorrow I will start off the day with a drink of green tea, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp. honey. It doesn't sound very tasty.
Normally I don't discuss my weight issues. I have PCOS and it has made losing weight a real struggle. I will give weekly updates (if possible) on my progress. I am currently starting this journey at 5'-8" and 276.5 lbs. The claims are that this combo will be an appetite suppressant and will give you tons of energy. Let's see what happens!
